The Million Man PTA Challenge is a national movement founded by Theron Hobbs, former PTA President and Vice President, father of five, and purpose-driven leader on a mission from God. Though his children are now adults, the call remains clear: mobilizing fathers to bring the same energy they give at the game… into the school.
About MMPTAC
Built on the powerful themes, “From 3-Pointers to 4.0s” and “From Sidelines to School lines”, this campaign challenges one million men, fathers, uncles, mentors, coaches, and grandfathers, to step out of the bleachers and into the schools, hallways, and most importantly, into the meetings where decisions are made about our children’s future.
For too long, schools have operated without the steady presence and powerful voice of fathers. While many show up for sports, their absence in PTA meetings and school leadership has left a gap in advocacy, representation, and engagement.
